Shortlisting for AWG Script Competition.

For the last couple years, my writing friend Tracey Trinder and I have been developing a television series based on my novel Two for the Road, retitled Coldwater Bay.

Late in 2016, the Australian Writers' Guild were running a competition, so we entered our pilot episode and promptly forgot about it.

So it came as a wonderful surprise when we were notified that we had been shortlisted - incredibly exciting given there were 525 entries with one winner (Matt Ford) and five on the shortlist.

Doesn't mean it will get made but a step in the right direction!
